Customer accepts all services/repairs performed and acknowledges Procom Enterprises, Ltd. has satisfied all agreement terms. No security system guarantees 100% detection or prevention. Systems may have false positives/negatives, blind spots, and environmental limitations. Customer must maintain system per manufacturer specifications, implement security updates, and follow cybersecurity best practices. Procom makes no other warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or warranties express or implied. Procom shall not be liable for special, indirect, or consequential damages, data loss, data recovery costs, hardware/software malfunctions, security breaches, missed detections, or delays beyond Procom's control. Procom's total liability shall not exceed the price of equipment or services provided. Payment due upon completion. Customer authorizes work and acknowledges Procom's right to file a mechanic's lien on the premises and an express lien on equipment to secure payment. Signer represents they are an authorized agent of Customer with full authority to bind Customer to these terms. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Procom against any claims arising from Customer's use of the system, except those directly resulting from Procom's negligence. Customer agrees to pay all collection costs, expenses, and reasonable attorney fees. Past due payments subject to 1.5% monthly interest.
